"The staff at this location are wonderful! Kathleen, Keri and Kathy they’ve amazing! Unfortunately their “superior” (and I use that term loosely), Mike Pieslak is a condescending piece of garbage, to say the least. Highly rude and disrespectful! If you have to go to this location with ANY issue stick with his competent, kind considerate subordinates. Not that Pieslak! The fact that you replied with my first name after I informed you that you WILL remain professional with me by addressing me as ‘Ma’am and/or Mrs. B, is just a tip of how disrespectful you can be and are! Mr. Pieslak- You know very well how absolutely condescending and disrespectful you were to myself and my husband by questioning our reasoning behind submitting a claim to begin with. We have been a customer of yours for over 30+ years and have never submitted a claim of any kind till THIS year! How DARE YOU QUESTION OR REASON FOR SUBMITTING A VALID CLAIM!!! State Farm messed up our claims by filing for an incorrect issue prolonging our claim and YOU have the audacity to make us sound like degenerates!! You’re a terrible excuse for a human being and agent! You were supposed to advocate for us yet you made matters far worse!"
